→ Double-check the link and resubmit the video.
 

3. Low quality & use of filters
→ Improve the video quality by enhancing clarity and removing filters before resubmitting.

4.Submitting someone else’s video
​​​→ Please create and submit an original video.

Please revisit the website and resubmit the correct video link. 
Once you submit it, our manager will review it in order.

Please contact us to let us know which product you received, and we will look into it. 

For a quicker resolution, please share the brand and product name of the item you received. 

Each campaign includes product descriptions and guidelines. 

You can view the guidelines by clicking on the campaign you applied for and scrolling down.

Please refer to the guidelines for each product within the campaign, as shown in the image below, when creating your video. 

The video can be submitted after the delivery is completed.

For delivered products, please go to My Page → Campaign Progress and use the submit button to attach the link and submit it.
