3. Influencer Compensation

Piktok.io allows influencers to select products and earn compensation in the form of gift cards or PayPal payments. Compensation terms are subject to change at our discretion. Payments will be processed once the conditions specified on the platform are met.

4. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.Post any content that is abusive, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.Interfere with the proper working of the Platform, including transmitting viruses or harmful code.

5. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law
